CALLAO – Yesterday, the State Board of Elections finally drew a name after weeks of delays and unnecessary legal filings. Delegate David Yancey will maintain his seat and continue his fine service to his constituents in the 94th District.

This also means Republicans hold the majority in the House of Delegates by a 51-49 margin. Next Wednesday 100 elected officials from all over Virginia will organize our Chamber, receive our committee assignments and begin the work of the Commonwealth.
