Finfish Advisory Committee Meeting

The Potomac River Finfish Advisory Committee, which is comprised of private citizens and industry representatives, will meet at 6pm on Wed., Aug. 23rd in the PRFC Office, Colonial Beach.  Items on the agenda will include the election of new chair and vice chair; dolphin research presentatio by Ann-Marie Jacoby, ASMFC draft addendum 2 to amendment 7 of the Interstate Fishery Management Plan for Striped Bass; 23/24 gill net season, menhaden transfer request; notice of hook & line drawing; a discussion of one commercial number for licensees; and an update from the license fee panel.
