The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association meets on Tuesday, November 7, at 1:00 p.m. at Henderson United Methodist Church in Callao.  The speaker, Robert Chapman, will discuss “Behavior Change:  It’s Not Easy, But Perhaps Simpler Than You Think.” Current, former and retired Federal employees, spouses and survivor annuitants are invited.  The chapter board will meet at noon.  For more information, call 804-580-8666.
