Carol Daye


Carol Daye was born in Washington DC and lived in Maryland until she moved to the Northern Neck in 2017. She worked for a Radio station in Southern Maryland for 8 years before starting at WRAR and WNNT as a Sales Executive. Carol is the co-host of the Morning Show on WRAR with Rich and she is the co-host of Swap Shop on WNNT with Kyle. Carol is married and has three children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, Carol loves to be outdoors boating and fishing with her dogs.                   Email Carol

Tom Davis

tomA native Northern Necker – Tom is the News Director for River Country 107-5 WNNT and 105-5 WRAR. He’s been in the radio business on the Northern Neck and Middle-Peninsula since 1975. You can catch him with his newscast on both WNNT and WRAR weekday mornings every half-hour along with other morning announcing duties on the stations. Tom is also a Marriage commissioner for the State of Virginia and has performed as many weddings as he has emceed live events. Tom is Vice-President of Real Media, parent company of WRAR and WNNT. Rich Morgan

richBorn in Pennsylvania, Rich Morgan has been on the air in Virginia since he began his 40-year career in broadcasting at his high-school station in Yorktown at age 14. He joined the WRAR staff in 1977, and for a decade served as the station’s program director. Currently co-host of the WRAR Morning Show with Carol, Rich also serves as President of Real Media, WRAR and WNNT’s parent company. He manages both stations and is in charge of advertising.  He is a certified high-school volleyball official and helps out with the Essex County Little League baseball program. Email Rich

Betty Osburn

bettyRETIRED, Fills in when we are in a pinch!!!  Betty Osburn is a native of the Northern Neck, born and raised in Lewisetta. Betty joined the WNNT and WRAR family 25 years ago working in the advertising department, then was given the opportunity to be on the air. For 10 years Betty co-hosted the WRAR morning show with “The Boys” —Rich & Tom.  At 9am she co-hosted the ever-popular Swap Shop on River Country 107.5 WNNT. Betty loves to fish, bird-watch, and most of all, spend time with her family and friends.
