A 20 year-old Richmond County man is accused of several home break-ins in Westmoreland County. Westmoreland Sheriff C.O. Balderson said an arrest was made in connection with a string of nine burglaries that occurred between June 1 and July 16. The homes, which were mostly summer homes or up for sale, are in the Glebe Harbor–Cabin Point community, along the 300 block of Skip Jack Lane in Kinsale and Mount Holly Road. Sheriff Balderson said that Televisions, DVD players, tools, jewelry and a rifle were among some of the items stolen and some of the items have been recovered. Desmond L. Lee, of Farnham is charged with nine counts of breaking and entering, five counts of grand larceny and one count of petty larceny. Lee is being held in the Northern Neck Regional Jail without bond.
