The Potomoc River Fisheries Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 14th at 8:30am at the PRFC Commission Office in Colonial Beach. Items on the agenda include: a resolution for appreciation for G. Wayne France’s service on the Commission; a report of crab harvest to date; setting the 23/24 gill net season; setting the 23/24 oyster and Jones Shore seasons and bushel limits; current oyster projects will be reviewed; as well as, summaries of the OCAC and FFAC meetings and the ASMFC summer meeting. There will be a presentation by Dr. Joseph Love (MD DNR) on the Interagency Cooperative Largemouth Bass Monitoring for the tidal Potomac River.
