A 17-year-old girl died following a crash on Interstate 95 where she stepped out of the car to possibly assess damage.
Virginia State Police responded to the crash at 8:45 p.m. Sunday in the southbound lanes of I-95 at the 81-mile marker, which is near the Brook Road exit in Henrico County.
