Sheriff W.A. “Arnie” Holmes of the Essex County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday May 5, 2022, the Chesapeake Bay Drug and Gang Task Force conducted an early morning operation dubbed “Trojan Horse.” The Chesapeake Bay Drug and Gang Task Force is comprised of investigative personnel from the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, Essex County Sheriff’s Office, Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, Tappahannock Police Department and State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Richmond Field Office. Operation “Trojan Horse” resulted in the arrest of the following suspects:
1. Christopher Clarence Dandridge, DOB: 7-27-1985 is charged with 2 counts of distribution of a schedule I or II drug and 1 count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug within 1000ft of a school zone
2. Tyreek Raquan Handy, DOB: 4-27-1996 is charged with 2 counts of distribution of a schedule I or II drug and imitation controlled substance
3. Crystal Alisa Williams, DOB: 11-16-1975 is charged with 1 count of possession of schedule I or II drug and 1 count of drive while revoked
4. Annette Jean Rich, DOB: 9-25-1965 is charged with 1 count of distribute a schedule III drug
5. Nathan Allen Kramer, DOB: 5-16-2000 is charged with 5 counts of distribution of schedule I or II drug
6. James Allen Johnson, DOB: 1-29-1983 is charged with 2 counts of distribution of a schedule I or II drug
7. Quentine Scott Jr., DOB: 3-24-1989 is charged with 2 counts of distribution of schedule I or II drug
8. Marion Joshua Pollard, DOB: 10-10-1996 is charged with 1 count of distribution of schedule I or II 2nd offense, 2 counts of distribution of a schedule I or II drug within 1000ft. of a school zone and 1 count of distribution of an imitation controlled substance
At the time of this release, May 5, 2022, there are 5 suspects wanted on 12 felonies who have not yet been arrested. Still wanted include:
1. Dmarco Tyjohn Baylor, DOB: 9-10-1999 is charged with 4 counts of distribution of a scheduled I or II drug and 1 count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug within 1000ft of a school zone
2. Deandre Travon Turner, DOB: 8-3-1991 is charged with 1 count of distribution of a schedule I or II drug and 2 counts of child endangerment
3. Kelvon Payne, DOB: 7-22-1998 is charged with 2 counts of distribution of schedule I or II drug
4. Miranda Leigh Marx, DOB: 6-4-1985 is charged with 1 count of possession of a schedule I or II drug
5. Javonte Vidal Jackson, DOB: 1-17-1993 is charged with 1 count distribution of a schedule I or II drug

Sheriff W.A. “Arnie” Holmes wants to remind the citizens of Essex County that the Essex County Sheriff’s Office has a zero tolerance for drug or any illegal activity and that any such activity will be aggressively pursued by his office.
