RCC Friends of the Library will host their annual Fall Luncheon and Author Event on Thursday October 19 at Beale Memorial Baptist Church in Tappahannock at 11:30am.
Howard Owen, a retired journalist and author of 22 novels will be guest speaker.
Reservations are required by October 5.
