The Upper King William Branch Library presents Tail Wagging Teachers: Service Dog Training on Saturday, October 21st from 12:30-1:30pm. Linda Lowe, a certified puppy raiser for Mutts with a Mission will talk about her years of experience raising and training service dogs that go on to help Veterans, Wounded Warriors, Law Enforcement Officers, Federal Workers, and First responders.
