Warsaw, VA — Northern Neck Electric Cooperative (NNEC) is pleased to announce the return of Kyle Allwine to the cooperative as the Manager of Public Relations, effective January 2. Allwine, who previously served at NNEC, is returning after a successful tenure as the Director of Economic Development for Stafford County, where he led the county’s business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts.
Kyle Allwine, holding an MBA from the University of Mary Washington, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as the Manager of Public Relations at NNEC. During his previous tenure at NNEC, Allwine played a pivotal role in leading the organization’s community investment efforts. His accomplishments include spearheading initiatives such as the donation of over 5,000 books for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, contributing 100,000 meals to the Healthy Harvest Food Bank, and establishing a memorial scholarship dedicated to future lineworkers.
