Grayland Horn, the owner of Horn’s Ace Hardware Group in Kilmarnock has acquired Ace Brand from Mark Cook, owner of Gloucester Supply in Hayes, Virginia.
Cook had been the owner of Gloucester Supply located in Hayes Plaza for the past 48 years. The acquisition took place on June 28th.
Horn’s Hayes Ace is scheduled to open in late December of this year and will become the 6th store under the Horn’s Ace Banner.
