A jury has ruled in favor of three women who said they were sexually abused at a New Kent County children’s hospital. They were awarded $300 million.
The lawsuit in Richmond Civil Court named the Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents, Universal Health Services and former medical director Dr. Daniel Davidow as defendants.
