The Richmond water crisis has changed the schedule for Wednesday’s opening of the General Assembly session and postponed Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s State of the Commonwealth address until Monday.
The House and Senate will convene briefly Wednesday at noon and then recess until Monday morning, when the governor will address a joint session in the House of Delegates chamber. Youngkin had been scheduled to address lawmakers on Wednesday afternoon.
