Warsaw, Virginia – Delegate Hillary Pugh Kent officially announced her campaign for reelection to the Virginia House of Delegates today, vowing to continue upholding the traditions of the 67th District; faith, family, freedom, and hard work.
“I am excited to announce my candidacy for reelection to the Virginia House of Delegates,” said Delegate Kent. “Serving the people of the 67th has been the honor of a lifetime, and I am eager to continue the strong conservative leadership from our gateways of the Rappahannock throughout the entirety of the Northern Neck.”
Since her election in 2023, Delegate Kent has quickly established herself as a legislative leader in the House of Delegates and a fierce advocate for the hardworking families and businesses in her region. She has worked tirelessly to deliver results for her constituents.
“Since announcing my candidacy back in 2023, I’ve been overwhelmed and honored by the outpouring of support,” continued Kent. “It is truly humbling to have the opportunity to represent my hometown in the House of Delegates, and I am excited to travel around the district, connect with friends both old and new, and discuss one-on-one the unique issues that impact our region. From Sharps to Dahlgren, and Sparta to Fleeton, each community uniquely makes up this great area where we live, and I am committed to putting in the work to earn the continued support of voters throughout the 67th District.”
The House of Delegates 67th District includes the counties of: Caroline (part), King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland. Delegate Kent currently serves on the Agriculture, Chesapeake and Natural Resources and Finance Committees.
