Objects, Art, and More and the Writers Guild of Virginia are pleased to announce Williamsburg author, Cindy Freeman, will be signing her books on Saturday, May 2025.
The signing will take place from noon to 4 p.m. This event will be a chance for readers to not only get their books signed but also to meet the author in person. Freeman will be available to chat with readers and share insights into her writing process.
Attendees can browse the store and support a small business. Objects houses fine art, paintings, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, glass, wood, and metal sculpture from a wide variety of artists and genres.
Freeman has written novels, blogs, award-winning essays, and two nonfiction books. Her novels tackle sensitive subjects, like homelessness, alcoholism, and abuse, in which strong women find the courage to overcome adversity. She is a past member of the Chesapeake Bay Writers and serves on the board of the Writers Guild of Virginia, where she compiles and edits the organization’s literary journal. She provides a monthly newsletter for its members.

Freeman lives in James City County, Virginia with her husband, Carl. They have two children, five grandchildren, and numerous grand dogs.
