What started with a routine pat-down of a resident at Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center led the Department of Juvenile Justice‘s gang intervention agents on a six-month investigation.
Now, a multijurisdictional grand jury has indicted two former Bon Air staffers and two people outside the facility on felonies that the Department of Juvenile Justice says endangered youth in its care.
