Democrat Abigail Spanberger will launch a statewide bus tour in her race for governor in Petersburg on Saturday, ending 11 days later at her election night party in the Richmond area, where she lives.
Spanberger, who led an eight-day, 49-stop bus tour across Virginia in June, plans to make more than 40 stops in a final push in her race against Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears to become the first woman elected governor of Virginia.
