Former President Barack Obama will campaign with Democrat Abigail Spanberger in Norfolk three days before the Nov. 4 election for governor.
Obama already is appearing in two ads for Spanberger, in which he says she will “stand up for Virginia families” and work to protect voting rights and abortion rights.
