The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association will next meet on Tuesday, November 4, at 1:00 p.m., at the American Legion Post 117 in Reedville. Lt. Col (retired) Michael Schoelwer will discuss the personal lessons he learned during his military service in the U. S. Marine Corp and how it affected his civilian federal service at the CIA.
