The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an exchange of gunfire that happened Tuesday night at a FedEx facility in Ashland.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said their preliminary investigation indicates two men were involved in a dispute with a third man that led to an exchange of gunfire in the parking lot. The two men fled the scene while the third man contacted law enforcement.
The spokesperson also stated that the two men who fled have not been located or taken into custody, and the third man is considered the victim in the incident.
