Officials say that a suspect is in custody in connection with a double stabbing in Westmoreland County.
On Sunday morning deputies responding to a report of a possible stabbing at a residence on Seahorse Drive found two victims, described as a male and a female. The victims were subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. A suspect who was identified by an eyewitness was arrested following an area search conducted by the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office, Virginia State Police, and the Colonial Beach Police Department. As of Sunday evening, the identity of the victims had not been released.”
The suspect was identified as 37 year old Kevin Roberts. According to police, the investigation is ongoing.
