The price Virginians with solar panels get for shipping power to Dominion Energy will decline, under a new State Corporation Commission order.
The commission approved an export credit rate of 5.829 cents per kilowatt hour for Dominion Energy customers who deliver more electricity from their solar panels than they take from Dominion’s system.
