Winners for the four-year scholarship program:

In first place, winning $4000, is Chloe Garner of Montross, VA. Chloe graduated from Light of the World Academy in 2025 and will be a sophomore at Oklahoma State University in the fall. She is double majoring in Agriculture Education and Animal
Science. She plans to be a high school agriculture teacher and FFA advisor.

In second place, winning $3000, is Brie O’Bier of Warsaw, VA. Brie graduated from Rappahannock High School in May 2025 and will be a sophomore at Virginia Tech in the fall. She is majoring in Food Science and Technology with a minor in Global Food Security and Health. She plans to pursue a career in produce food safety.

Third place winners, each winning $1000, are Taylor Mitchell from Heathsville, VA and Faith Lewis from Cobbs Creek, VA.

Taylor graduated from Northumberland High School in June 2022 and from Rappahannock Community College in May 2025. She will be a junior at Fort Hays State University in the fall majoring in Agribusiness. She plans to pursue a career as a sales representative for a livestock nutrition company.

Faith graduated from Mathews High School in 2023 and will be a senior at Clemson University in the fall. She is majoring in Plant and Environmental Science with an Agronomy Concentration and a minor in Life Science. She plans to pursue a career as an agronomist either with an agricultural company or with Extension.

Winner for the two-year scholarship program ($1000):

McKenzie Clarke of Urbanna graduated from Middlesex High School this past May. She will be finishing coursework at Rappahannock Community College, then enroll in the
Veterinary Technology Program at Blue Ridge Community College. She plans to be a licensed veterinary technician and work with animals at a veterinary clinic.
