Henrico County police arrested a King William County man Tuesday and charged him in connection with a fatal shooting that happened in June.
Police charged Savontre Kester Garlick, 20, of Aylett, with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Police said the arrest is connected to the death of Curtis Whitted Jr., 20, of Henrico.
