More than 100 residents could be victims of a mail fraud scheme investigators say was orchestrated by a rural postal carrier who allegedly stole milestone gifts intended for loved ones.
Crystal Duvonne Dean, 55, of Reva, was arrested Tuesday by the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service following a 10-month joint investigation that included undercover surveillance and multiple interviews with business owners and residents.
