Chesterfield County police have arrested a 19-year-old Henrico County man in connection with a shooting that wounded five people outside Virginia State University residence halls early Saturday.
Police said Camron Harris, who is not a VSU student, was found hiding in a closet in Seward Hall and taken into custody at about 4 p.m. Saturday, more than 14 hours after officers responded to the shooting.
