A former Henrico County prosecutor is suing Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney Shannon Taylor, alleging she fired him after he reported that a colleague had “subjected him to repeated, unwanted physical and sexual contact.”
In the suit, filed Monday in Henrico Circuit Court, former Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Nicholas Emmons says that he was harassed for months by another employee of the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. Emmons described that employee as a “former romantic partner.”
