All lanes will be open tonight, Wednesday, Oct. 22-Thursday, Oct. 23, on the Route 3 bridge over the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex counties. Scheduled bridge cleaning was completed on the Robert O. Norris, Jr., Bridge on Tuesday evening, and no work is needed tonight.
