Bills to set up a legal retail market for marijuana are again headed for a governor who doesn’t like the idea, but the measures have picked up bit more support from members of Gov. Glenn Youngkin‘s Republican Party.
Identical bills from the House of Delegates and the state Senate finished their journey through the other bodies Wednesday.
Cannabis is legal in 39 states for medical use and 24 states for recreational use.
