City officials on Monday said they’d hit a snag in repairing the ruptured water main at the intersection of 7th and Canal streets, which was initially scheduled to be completed Monday morning.
The water main, which serves as the primary connection between Richmond and Henrico County’s water main, broke overnight Thursday, hours after city officials lifted Richmond’s second extended boil notice of the year.
