The right lane of Route 17 northbound reopened today at the bridge over Dragon Run at the Gloucester County and Middlesex County line. Crews finished an emergency repair to the bridge rail, allowing the right lane to reopen. The rail was damaged last week when it was struck by a tractor-trailer.
