Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears is bringing on a political strategist from Pennsylvania as campaign manager in her bid to be Virginia’s next governor.
She dropped her original campaign manager, a pastor from Northern Virginia with no political experience, last week, just three days after the latest campaign finance reports showed Democratic candidate Abigail Spanberger had raised nearly twice as much money during June.
