Virginia lawmakers gathered Friday to remind residents that the state-based marketplace is available for all eligible Virginians who are not insured by their employer and do not have affordable coverage, or Medicaid or Medicare.
So far, nearly 400,000 people have signed up since enrollment opened in November, Hashmi and Sickles said.
