The 4th Annual Recover Fest will be held on Sat., Sept. 16th from 10am to 2pm at the Warsaw Recovery Support Center in Warsaw. This is a rain or shine event. Enjoy live music, games, food, guest speakers, raffle prizes, silent auction, family activities and much more. Hosted by the Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Community Service Board.
