Graff will speak about Virginia’s postal history, with a local emphasis, and discuss examples from his collection of envelopes and postmarks from Lancaster and the Northern Neck. He grew up near Tappahannock and has spent his adult life in Albemarle County where he owns Old Albemarle Surveying LLC. The presentation will also be live streamed on facebook and recorded.
