Get the basics in life-saving skills or simply refresh your CPR knowledge. Please join our local EMS team for their CPR training session (but not certification) on Tuesday September 3 from 9 am – 12 noon. You may benefit by having more confidence in emergencies, improved community safety and personal empowerment when the situation presents itself and every second counts. Training is at the Tappahannock-Essex Volunteer Fire Dept. on Airport Road in Tappahannock.
