Neighbors Outreach Worldwide present the George Butler Elliott Memorial Golf Tournament on Saturday, May 4th at Hobbs Hole Golf Course in Tappahannock. First Place receives 4 Green Fees for The Highlands Golf Club in Chesterfield. Register your team by Wednesday, May 1st. Cost of registration is $400 per team and includes lunch and snacks.
