The Lancaster VA Historical Society presents Joshua Allen and “A Journey of Ancestral Music and Exploration of the African Ox Flute,” on Saturday, June 22 beginning at 1pm at the Lancaster Community Library. Joshua Allen will present the history, tradition, music, and craft of this unique instrument through demonstration, storytelling, and song. The program will also be live streamed and recorded courtesy of Brenda Campbell and Campbell Funeral Home.
