The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association will next meet at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, at the Healthy Harvest Food Bank in Warsaw. Tammy Cole will discuss the Food Bank’s aqua-culture program and will lead a tour of the facility. Current, former and retired Federal employees, spouses and survivor annuitants are invited.
