The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association will next meet at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, at Bella Pizza in Tappahannock.  Blue Cross Blue Shield representative Michele Griffin will review the 2027 changes in the Federal Employee Program coverage.  Current, former and retired Federal employees, spouses and survivor annuitants are invited.
