The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association will next meet on Tuesday, August 6, at 1:00 p.m. at Henderson United Methodist Church in Callao. The speaker will be Frances Boatman, president of the Virginia Federation of NARFE. Current, former and retired Federal employees, spouses and survivor annuitants are invited.
