NARFE Meeting

The Northern Neck Chapter 1823 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Association will next meet on Tuesday, February 4, at 1pm, at the Backdraft in Kinsale. Attendees will order off the menu. After lunch, the guest speaker will be P. J. Haynie, a fifth-generation Northern Neck conventional farmer, who serves as Chairman of the National Black Growers Council and is involved in USDA’s Plant Variety Protection Act board.
