The Friends of the Northumberland Public Library is calling on all area photographers to participate in their time capsule fundraiser contest. Take photos of things happening in Northumberland County from August 17th through the 23rd, then submit up to 5 photos to the library by September 2nd! Cost to submit a photo is a $5 donation and must be on photo quality paper. They will not accept electronic submissions. Winners will be selected across three age groups and two categories and will have their photos added to a time capsule to be opened in 2125! For more information, call Dave at 724-8212.
