Northumberland County will hold its Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, December 2nd at the old Northumberland Courthouse. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm and include caroling, special holiday readings, and refreshments. At 5:30pm, homes and businesses in the village section of Heathsville will set out holiday luminaries on the Highway.
