The Essex County Museum and Historical Society and the Tappahannock Rotary invite you to an open discussion of April 1945: Eighty years ago, when the end of World War II was nigh. Victor Burrell President of the Rotary will lead an open discussion with Craig Shirley, historian and author of December 1941, April 1945 and other bestselling books and Carl Strock, the former Commanding General of the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
