Fairfax County Supervisor Pat Herrity has made it official that he is seeking the Republican nomination for lieutenant governor, livening what had been a sleepy campaign going into the new year.
Herrity joins a race that already includes little-known James City County businessman John Curran, but the field could grow larger with WRVA radio host John Reid and state Republican Party Chairman Rich Anderson considering bids.
