According to a Facebook post by Richmond County Sheriff Steve Smith, a Farnham man is facing two 2 felony counts of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodian role.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office reports that 55 year-old David Lawrence Snyder was arrested on Tuesday, August 6th and is currently being held at the Northern Neck Regional Jail in Warsaw. Police say that Snyder has a Friday, August 9th court date, and that the investigation is ongoing.
