After months of battling administration officials who accuse him of human smuggling, Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been moved to a detention facility in Virginia.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Abrego Garcia on Monday during a scheduled interview with immigration officers in Baltimore. Since his arrest, he has been moved to the agency’s Farmville detention center.
