The General Assembly will come back to Richmond on Monday, reconvening a special session Democrats called to deal with impacts on the state from President Donald Trump’s policies and actions.
Democrats who lead the state Senate and House of Delegates won’t say what’s on the agenda, but House Minority Leader Terry Kilgore, R-Scott, said Democrats hope to draw new lines for Congressional districts, as Republican majority legislatures have done in Texas, Missouri and North Carolina, at Trump’s direction.
